Approved site variances include a 40-foot front setback, a 15-foot side setback, and enhanced streetscape landscaping (3 canopy trees, 3 understory trees, and 20 shrubs per 100 linear feet).
Parking
Parking is calculated at 2 spaces per unit for three-bedroom units (60 spaces) plus 1 additional space per 5 units (6 spaces), for a total requirement of 66 spaces. The community provides 124 parking spaces, well above the requirement.
