As Partner at 929 Development, Tracy began her career in painting and faux-finishing before moving into large-scale construction. In 2005 she founded TRĀCO Drywall and Paint, building it into a prominent specialty contracting firm serving builders throughout the East Coast — guided always by craftsmanship, integrity, and a family-centered culture.
